With a focus on both business and creative project management this workshop will explore fundraising, writing the perfect application form and how to seek support for your project. Experienced Surge producers can give practical advice on all areas of company administration, from cash flow charts to excel tutoring.

The workshop will also explore how to build relationships with festivals or venues and how to put together a creative project, from initial idea to touring internationally. Participants should come with a project in mind to work on. This workshop could be a group or 1 – 1 session. We also offer regular mentoring sessions.
